Adobe High Growth Offers request-based experience
Moderate Upgrade
The Adobe High Growth Offers (HGO) workflow is now request-based. Sales agents and Resellers can submit an HGO request through a single Apply for HGO action by selecting offer size and schedule, without an upfront eligibility check that previously blocked valid customers (including those without an existing Adobe Acrobat subscription).
The 3-Year Commit (3YC) requirement for HGO remains in place. An informational message displays this prerequisite before submission.
Key updates
- Apply for HGO replaces Check Eligible Offers on the HGO program card.
- A single request form replaces multiple product-specific tiles. Select Offer Type (MOQ 100, MOQ 250, or MOQ 500) and Schedule (Mid Term or Renewal).
- Requested HGO status displays the offer type and schedule. Existing requests can be edited or cancelled before activation.
- During checkout, when HGO offers apply, the platform displays HGO Discount Applied.
UI updates
Submit an HGO request
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Companies and open the target company.
- Open the Vendor Information tab, select Adobe from the Vendor dropdown, and in Value Incentive Plan (VIP) Programs > High Growth Offers, click Apply for HGO.
- Select Offer Type (MOQ 100, MOQ 250, or MOQ 500) and Schedule (Mid Term or Renewal).
- Review the message that HGO requires 3YC participation.
- Click Apply for HGO to submit, or Cancel to close without submitting. Apply for HGO is available only when both Offer Type and Schedule are selected.
Manage an existing request
- Return to Vendor Information > Adobe > High Growth Offers for the company.
- Review the Requested HGO status, including offer type and schedule.
- Click Edit to change the offer type or schedule, then Update HGO (available only when values have changed).
- Click Cancel to remove the request and submit a new one.
Feature enablement
This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it. Adobe integration must already be configured on the marketplace, and the customer must have an active 3YC commitment before HGO can be applied.
Setting enablement
No setting enablement is required.
Documentation
Documentation will be updated with the release. See Enable partners to manage Adobe High Volume Discounts and sell High Growth Offers.
